Over my 33 years as part owner, I developed custom systems that connected our sales, inventory, and accounting data — giving our team the information we needed to act quickly and accurately.
I built many of these tools myself using Microsoft Access, Excel and VBA coding, which allowed me to automate reports, simplify data entry, and eliminate hours of manual work each week.
When we sold the company to Staples in 2019, Bulldog had grown into a multi-location operation with over 100 employees and $35 million in annual sales. I also served as Key Operator for our ECI2/DDMS and OPUS platforms, creating specialized reports and automations that improved accuracy and productivity across departments.
